Search current individuals/brokerages
To trade in real estate in Ontario, salespersons, brokers and brokerages must be registered with the Real Estate Council of
Ontario (RECO). Before you enter into a contractual relationship, confirm their registration status here.
How to use:
1. Select what you want to search: Salesperson/broker, Brokerage name, Category/city
2. Enter the name of an individual, brokerage or city
3. Click search
4. From the list, select the salesperson, broker or brokerage whose profile you would like to view
Search unregistered/formerly registered individuals/brokerages
To search for unregistered/formerly registered (within the past 10 years) individuals/brokerages, check the "Unregistered/Formerly Registered" box below.
The following are possible reasons for termination:
Lapsed - individual/brokerage did not renew their registration.
Voluntarily Terminated - individual/brokerage chose to terminate their registration at any point during their registration cycle.
Revoked - the registration of the individual/brokerage was revoked.
